About Sharifah
My name is Sharifah Nadia, I am an aspiring academic. Currently studying physics at Islamic University Malaysia, and planning to continue my studies until PHD level.
I am a physics lover and dreams of becoming an astrophysicist.
I have taught students before and it is one of the most fulfilling job for me. I love being able to share the knowledge that I have and connecting with a bunch of people. Tutoring a kindergartener was one of the most interesting tutoring job I have ever had, trying to keep their attention as well as teaching them something they have never encountered before is quite challenging but at the end of the day we both had fund and learnt a lot. An experience with me is a great experience indeed.

Typical length would be between 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times per week (timing can be adjusted according to the needs of the student).
My approach on teaching is to teach for the student to understand instead of memorizing as what they learn now is applicable their whole life. Personally I love a learning environment where it is not heavily pressured and is more focused on learning itself. Homework will be given, the amount of homework will be discussed with the student.
I have volunteered as a tutor in my high-school, tutored for my friends and I have also tutored for a kindergartener. My lessons are for students ranging from 6 years old - 18 years old.
