About Soumia
I am a passionate and dedicated online educator who loves teaching young minds. Botany (Plant Biology) and Islamic Studies are two subjects that are very close to my heart. I have always been fascinated by nature and plant life, and I enjoy sharing this knowledge with children in a way that sparks their curiosity. Over the past few years, I have helped many children and teens in my local community and online to understand complex science topics easily and connect with their Islamic values. I understand that every child learns differently. Some are visual learners, while some learn better through stories. That is why I customize my teaching style for every single student. I am very patient, friendly, and encouraging, making sure that my students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes while learning.

My Teaching Methodology:
I believe that learning should be fun and stress-free for kids. My lessons are highly interactive, visually engaging, and customized according to each student's learning pace.
How I Teach Botany / Biology:
Visuals & Slides: I use colorful diagrams, pictures, and short videos to explain how plants grow, photosynthesis, and nature.
Real-World Examples: I connect lessons with everyday nature so kids can easily relate to the concepts.
Quizzes: Short, fun quizzes at the end of the lesson to check understanding without any pressure.
Friendly Environment: I maintain a patient and encouraging atmosphere so kids feel comfortable asking questions.
Class Structure:
45 to 60-minute sessions via Zoom or Google Meet.
First 5 minutes: Quick revision of the previous lesson.
Main Lesson: Interactive explanation with discussion.
Last 5 minutes: Fun wrap-up activity or Q&A.
