Sharon is an experienced teacher, with both a keen interest in and expansive knowledge of literacy and numeracy. She is a very capable classroom teacher and she is also very skilled at working with students one-on-one. She has had tutoring clients throughout the many years I have known her. Sharon has excellent communication skills. Many students, especially in math, will remark how they finally understand how to do something because of how Sharon has explained it to them. Sharon has a good ability to create relationships with her students and their families. Her passion for teaching is obvious and her genuine goal of helping students to succeed is commendable.
