About Reni
Hello! My name is Reni, and I am a passionate music educator with over 12 years of teaching experience. Music has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I consider it a privilege to share that passion with my students.
I am certified in ABRSM and Trinity programs and have training in Piano, Violin, Carnatic Vocal, Western Vocal, and Music Theory. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to teach students of different ages and skill levels, from complete beginners to examination candidates.
I teach because I believe music is much more than learning notes and rhythms. It helps develop discipline, confidence, creativity, concentration, and self-expression. Watching a student grow from their first lesson to performing confidently or successfully completing an examination is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
My goal is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential. Whether your aim is to pursue music seriously, prepare for ABRSM or Trinity examinations, or simply enjoy learning an instrument, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals while developing a lifelong love for music.

My teaching approach is centered on building a strong musical foundation while making learning enjoyable, engaging, and goal-oriented. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor my lessons according to each student’s age, ability, learning pace, and musical interests.
For beginners, I focus on developing proper technique, posture, rhythm, ear training, and music reading skills from the very beginning. For intermediate and advanced students, I help refine their performance skills, musical expression, sight-reading, theory knowledge, and examination preparation.
I teach Piano, Violin, Carnatic Vocal, Western Vocal, and Music Theory, and I prepare students for ABRSM and Trinity examinations. My lessons combine practical learning with theoretical understanding, ensuring that students become confident and well-rounded musicians.
With over 12 years of teaching experience, my goal is not only to help students pass examinations but also to inspire a lifelong appreciation for music.
