About Eva

I obtained my Degree in Translation and Interpretation in Barcelona in 2004 and in order to complement my studies and improve my French I went to Paris for a year to study a Master's Degree in International trade. After successfully completing this degree and its internship in England, I worked for four years in an International company and obtained my CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.

In 2010 I decided to pursue my vocation as a language teacher and I finished my PGCE in 2011 and obtained my QTS in 2012. Through my teacher trainings and my job as qualified teacher, I have over 9 years of experience in teaching French and Spanish in secondary schools from KS3 to KS5, supporting students throughout their GCSE and A-level exams preparation as well as offering afterschool lessons to individual students. Also, I have worked as a personal tutor for younger learners and adults and I have two young trilingual children, which provides me with an invaluable first-hand experience of the challenges and rewards of learning an additional language at such an early age.

About the lesson

I believe that every student can succeed and exceed their potential. Anybody, regardless of their age can learn a language, have fun and benefit from it. Whatever skill you are striving to improve in Spanish or French, either for an academic assessment (GCSE, A-level…) or for your own self advancement, I can help you achieve your particular targets and improve your confidence in language learning. Lessons are tailor-made to your specific interests and needs and I will adapt my teaching to your learning style and pace.

For younger learners (up to KS3) the hourly rate is £20 (10 lessons paid upfront: £180; 1 LESSON FREE!)
For older learners (KS4-adults) the hourly rate is £25 (10 lessons paid upfront: £225; 1 LESSON FREE!)
