About the lesson

Hi! I am a trained teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and 17 years of teaching experience in Maths, English, Malay, and Tamil.

I moved to New Zealand in 2020 to pursue my Master’s in Applied Management, which I have successfully completed. Currently, I work as a Project Coordinator, but my passion for teaching drives me to continue tutoring students and helping them excel in their studies.

Subjects & Teaching Approach:

English, Tamil & Malay:

Focus on Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Grammar

Personalized reading sessions based on student level

Step-by-step improvement in writing skills

Mathematics:

Malaysian syllabus: Primary school Maths (Online only)

New Zealand syllabus: Year 1 – Year 7 Maths (Online & In-person)

Focus on practicing topics, problem-solving, and customized exercises

Monthly tests & assessments conducted via Google Forms
