About Anna
Hi, I’m Anna, an experienced tutor with two years' experience in private maths and science tutoring with ages from 5-16. I’m extremely passionate about helping students achieve academic goals, having been in that position as a recent A-level graduate, I more than understand the pressure of navigating through these difficult subjects. Therefore I encourage creating a positive environment for effective communication to target weaknesses in learning. Having achieved 8 grade 9s in GCSE and 3 A*s in A-level including A* in Edexcel Mathematics, A* in OCR A Chemistry, A* in OCR A Biology, I have strong experience with nailing tricky content, ins and outs of mark scheme specifics, and effective revision strategies to make sure you achieve your highest academic potential. I offer AQA Biology GCSE tutoring, OCR A and AQA Chemistry GCSE and A-level tutoring, Edexcel Maths tutoring for GCSE and A-level! The first lesson will involve a small assessment to understand the student's weaknesses and so each subsequent lesson will focus on targeting these weaknesses to improve them, also involving starter tasks and to frequently review previous topics learnt so that topics are not forgotten!
