Experienced, successful Maths Teacher ( (I)GCSE, A-Level, IB AASL ) in England and Singapore

I had the pleasure of working with Sandipan for two years. Being a fellow teacher of mathematics, it was refreshing to experience working with somebody so knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate. He is the kind of teacher who leaves a lasting impression on students. Not only for his ability to deseminate subject knowledge so well but also for the way he seeks to get to know their individual needs and in the way he shows he cares for their development. I worked with Sandi closely as we taught the same IB Maths course. This was Sandi's first experience of teaching IB (he's experienced in A Level) but it was like he had been teaching it for years. His students' recent results are a testament to how well he prepared them for their exams. One particular student comes to mind who needed extra support. Sandi would spend hours of his free time each week working with him one to one. This student achieved the maximum grade 7. I would recommend Sandi as a tutor across all age groups. He's just as effective with Year 7s as he is with Year 13s. He's also one to the most charming guys you will likely ever meet!

Sandipan has been working with me in a Inner London state school for the last two years. During this time he has shown himself the be both a naturally talented and diligent teacher.
He has taught the widest variety of ability levels from A- level and top set GCSE to nurture classes and to enthusiastic mathematicians and students exhibiting challenging behavior. All types of students make excellent progress under his tutelage and he is universally liked by the student body.
