About Shama

Hello and welcome to my profile!

I am a dedicated educator and Assistant Professor at Pokhran Degree College, affiliated with Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU), Bikaner. With 10 years of teaching experience and a strong academic background, I am passionate about helping students learn and grow with confidence.

My academic qualifications include a PhD in Sociology, an MSc in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Special Education, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA).

Throughout my teaching career, I have developed a structured, patient, and student-centered approach to education. I believe that every student has unique learning needs and abilities, and I strive to create a supportive environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.

Although my previous teaching experience has been in subjects other than Hindi, I am enthusiastic about helping students learn Hindi through clear explanations, practical examples, and regular practice. My lessons aim to build a strong foundation in vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, reading, and writing.

My teaching approach focuses on understanding rather than memorization. I adapt my explanations and activities to each student's learning level and goals, helping them progress at a comfortable pace. My background in Special Education has also strengthened my appreciation for individual attention and adapting teaching methods to different learning needs.

I offer online Hindi lessons for school students who want to improve their language skills, as well as beginners and adults interested in learning Hindi for everyday communication.

As an educator, I value professionalism, consistency, and lifelong learning. My goal is to make every lesson engaging, productive, and encouraging so that students can develop their abilities and become more confident learners.

I look forward to supporting you on your Hindi learning journey!

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on making Hindi easy to understand, engaging, and practical for every student. With 10 years of teaching experience, I understand that each learner has different abilities, learning styles, and goals. I adapt my teaching methods to help every student learn comfortably and confidently.

**Teaching Methods and Techniques**

I use clear explanations, practical examples, interactive discussions, reading exercises, writing practice, and regular revision to help students understand Hindi concepts. I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, comprehension, and communication skills. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate in every lesson.

**Structure of a Typical Class**

Each class begins with a brief revision of previously learned concepts, followed by the introduction of a new topic. I explain the topic with suitable examples, guide students through practice exercises, and assess their understanding through questions and short activities. The class ends with a recap and, when appropriate, a small assignment for further practice.

**My Special Features as a Teacher**

My strengths are patience, structured teaching, individual attention, and the ability to explain concepts step by step. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students can steadily improve their skills and confidence.

**Who Can Join My Classes?**

My online Hindi classes are suitable for school students who want to improve their grammar, reading, writing, comprehension, and examination performance. They are also suitable for beginners and adults who wish to learn Hindi for everyday conversations or personal development.

Whether you are strengthening your school-level Hindi or beginning your learning journey, my goal is to help you progress through personalised lessons, consistent practice, and clear guidance.
