About Christine

Christine has been acting professionally for over 8 years and boy it has been a whirlwind. She received her BFA in Acting from Pace University before moving to Los Angeles to further pursue her career.

As a working actress, Christine offers students a chance for insight into their own career. While learning methods based in Meisner and Stanislavsky, they will also learn about the current industry standards, how to self-tape, and what is expected of them for a fulfilling and blossoming careeer.

Spiritual health and belief in self is also touched upon, at the students discretion.

Teaching came to me naturally, originally while I was still living in New York. I became an afterschool theater teacher with DramaZone, an award winning exercise and performing arts program that works exclusively out of charter schools in Manhattan.

After this experience, I came to love teaching the art of acting - especially for children and teens!

About the lesson

I have worked with many types of actors. From 4 year olds that have a creative inclination to adults just starting out in the biz.

Make sure their methods incorporate movement. It's all great reading scenes and memorizing lines but characters live IN your body. So you MUST get moving to find the life of your character!
