About Lou
Having trained in multiple techinques including Stanislavsky/Strassberg/Meisner and Adler, it has been my experience in coaching that no one way speaks to the actor. I have developed a process is in the leading and guidance of the actor that will allow you to discover foryourself where your truth and power can be most fully expressed in the work.
I have extensively studied in Los Angeles and New York in the esteemed Actors Studio and have learned much from mentors such as Alec Baldwin, Al Pachino, Ellen Burstyn, Martin Landau and Estelle Parsons.
I also had the priviledge to study with Elizabeth Kemp, this was a breakthrough time for me not only as an actor but as a coach as well. Through the experiences and training I have had with so many talented working proffessionals; I not only have knowledge of what it takes to nurture the artist within the actor.
It is said that a good teacher does not tell the student what to do, he points them in the direction of where the student must go. There are very few things more fulfilling and inspiring then watching a student emerge past the limits and preconceptions they had of themselves as an artist and a human.

I have worked with Lou as an acting coach for a few years now. What I like about working with him knows how to quickly get to the truth in the work.
I am the kind of actor that needs to be challenged and supported at the same time. I get that from Lou Sandoval.
My booking ratio for work has gone up a lot since working with him. Both onstage and in TV/Film
