About Amy
I will help you and identify YOUR authentic voice rather than forcing you to fit a mold of who may have been told you "ought" to be. My methods were honed in my graduate school studies and have been applied to workshops, classrooms, and private clients from toddlers to adults. Ask me anything.
I enjoy helping people unlock discovery of personal truths. It's more valuable and applicable than just handing over information that won't stick in your brain for a lifetime. Through listening to your needs I will help you build a foundation on which you will achieve your goals.
I have been coaching and educating privately, and through collegiate courses, for just over 8 years. As a public speaking or dialect coach, I work with you to grow your knowledge of vocal technique, and most importantly, confidence in your own instrument. In a very loud world, I will help own your unique voice in order to stand out. Be it a business pitch, becoming more comfortable with clients, or writing and giving a speech, I am here for you. My MFA was earned in Acting & Directing and my artistic speciality is in dialect coaching.

Yes my fee is $150/yr. I have a sliding scale that goes as low as $70* based on income.
