About Michele

Learn how to make wonderful french macarons!

I am a french native who has lived in Los Angeles for 30 years. My passion is french food and baking and I would love to share it with you.

Classes are 2:00 hours long. You will learn to make macaron shells and a ganache filling of your choice. You will them assemble the macarons and take them home to share with your family.

You can select classes in English or in French.

It is so enjoyable to see how anyone can make macarons with the right guidance. They are very difficult to make so it's fun when you see them bake!

And once the students have acquired this skill, they can go home and make it happen for the friends and family!

About the lesson

The group will come in, review the recipe, the ingredients and the equipment, and start baking!

Until now, I have worked with adults but I am open to working with young adults (13 and up)
