About Colby
My name Is Colby I am an Elite baseball and fitness trainer. My passion in coaching is helping dedicated hard working athletes realize their goals of playing at the next level. I was able to play at the highest levels in baseball at Bainbridge Island High School WA where we played for the WA State Championship at Safeco field. I also played for Santa Barbara CC where we set team winning records and reaching California regionals. On a personal level, I achieved all metro conference and all state teams and again all-conference team in college. Professionally I have been coaching functional fitness and competing in crossfit at my gym in Washington State and providing individual baseball training for the past 10 years. I am truly excited to bring my training, experience, and passion for helping players reach their goals to you. My abiltiy to coach and lead players is something I pride myself on. I am a very positive person that people enjoy being around. I am able to get the most out of my players and athletes without being a "drill sargeant. I provide a full fun experience and am willing to work with anyone that has the fire to want to improve themselves. lets do this together. dont wait another day to start working for your dreams.
I enjoy seeing the smile on my athletes face after they accomplish things they werent capable of when we started working together.
