About Lance
Former professional and college pitcher teaching young pitchers. Emphasis on solid fundamentals and mechanics.
Great to help young pitchers understand the pitching motion, the fundamentals of pitching.
I'm a big fan of simple instruction and not overcoaching. After my session the student will remember what we talked about, why it's important and what he can do to improve.
This is vital and achievable because we're only going to work on one thing at a time. Overcoaching leads to confusion and setback, not improvement.
