About the lesson

Initial call and game plan for what the athlete wants to work on.

From there, I customize the lessons we will go over.

We have at least five 30-minute sessions over Zoom to get to work on the topics or issues.

I create a google doc for the athlete so they have everything we talk about all in one place and can use it for review.

Calls are typically once a week.

Athletes from the ages of 12 and up through professional baseball.

Has the teacher/coach been in your shoes?

Have they had their own experiences that they have been through that could help you?

Can they communicate well with you and are they a good listener?

Does the coach make it all about them or you?
