About Coco
My name is Coco Montes and I am a professional baseball player in the Colorado Rockies organization and looking to spread my knowledge to youth baseball players. I have learned a lot throughout my 21 years of playing baseball at the highest levels and I understand what it takes to get you to the next level. I provide both Hitting and Infield lessons that include drill work, situational awareness training and video analysis. Baseball is all I've ever known and I'm excited to share what I know with the next generation of players!
I love helping young baseball/softball players become the player they strive to be. There is nothing better than being able to work with a player for a period of time and seeing the progression that they make through my program!
-Three year starter at University of South Florida 2016-2018
-Drafted in 2015 out of High School but decided to attend USF
-Drafted and signed by the Colorado Rockies in 2018
-Pioneer league (Rookie Ball) MVP and All-Star game MVP in 2018 professional season
-Led Northeast League (AA) in Extra Base hits and Doubles in 2021
-Led South Atlantic (Low A) league in RBI's in 2019
-Led South Atlantic (Low A) league Shortstops and Secondbaseman in fielding percentage in 2019.
