About Bryan

My athletes can expect a very structured program, that allows for flexibility based on individual assessments of the athlete.

Sessions will begin with a dynamic warm up including, mobility, and arm band work. The athlete will then play catch to loosen the arm before beginning the drills.

The drills will be based upon the needs of the athlete as well as where they are in their programming/ seasonal periods (in season, off season)

Drills can include assessing mechanical deficiencies and working to improve them, bullpens, velocity days, PFPs, evaluating mental side of pitching.

Sessions will conclude with proper arm care and cool downs.
