About Phoenix
Phoenix is an nationally known instructor and performer based in Denver, Colorado.
Phoenix's teaching incorporates safety, body alignment, muscle control, technique and performance. Her style of teaching is to have fun while increasing body awareness.
Phoenix teaches group classes at the Northglenn Recreation Center in Northglenn, Belly Dance Concepts in Englewood and Trails Rec Center in Aurora/Centennial.
Phoenix also teaches small group and private lessons out of her home in Central Denver.
Phoenix's style is a mixture of AmCab, Egyptian, Turkish, Fusion and some Folkloric. The classes focus on muscle control and technique but also performance.
Dance is an art form of self expression and I love sharing this with others.

We start with the body alignment and muscle control. As we progress through movments and combinations, we can work on choreography and performance. The progression depends on the individuals needs and the level of knowledge.
