About Kim
I have been studying belly dance for 10 years and teaching for most of that time as well. I grew up studying ballet and jazz as a child, and add elements of that into my unique fusion belly dance style. I have been Level I Suhaila Salimpour certified, and I believe her style and fundamentals are very valuable in learning this ancient art. If you want to have a fun learning experience, learn a belly dance style that's off the beaten path, and get a good workout, come see me.
I love seeing students progress and learn new things. It's so rewarding to watch a student grow into a beautiful dancer.

We start by warming up our muscles with a simple follow-along dance. Then stretching. We then do isolation break-downs of moves we will learn in a fun combo choreography at the end of class.
