About Ashley
I cheered for 6 years and it's been my world since the day I started. Was the only freshman on my varsity cheerleading team and knows what it takes to be a good cheerleader, I plan to teach the discipline of the sport and pass on my knowledge and skill to others.

Start by training their body everyone thinks cheerleading is easy but it takes a lot of stretching and a lot of energy to jump that high and then to remember to point your toes and keep your body straight so you train train and train some more when you think you're done training. You have to be flexible and you can train your body to do so and you need energy to keep going on that mat.
I would say to find someone who fits your needs the best and someone who's dedicated to it someone who loves the sport.
I'm fond of high school competition I live for it.
