About Kathryn
I am a firm believer in there is nothing you cannot learn, it is a matter of the willingness of the learner in a combination with using the right resources. I enjoy helping students understand new concepts and giving them tools to excel in their learning.
I have been mentoring over 50 students on HTML, CSS, Javascript, React, SQL, Postgres, and Express, including teaching basic concepts to help build/debug projects. I often employ maieutic methods to navigate students through the core concepts, through a series of questions or examples to trigger their ideas and conceptions latent in their minds.
