About Dana

Our AMAZING community members are able to achieve more, together, with the support and accountability of our highly skilled Coaching staff, by not worrying about being perfect, but instead doing just a little bit each day.

We are beyond grateful that we can share the true magic that we have been lucky enough to have been gifted, which is the members of our wonderful little community here. We strive to offer just a facility or some information or some calories burned to our members, but instead a true "third place" where anyone and everyone is whole heartedly supported and welcomed with open arms.

After playing various high school and college sports, many of our coaches found CrossFit, Fitness, and Nutrition early on, and worked on their own as athletes for many years. After realizing they valued their health over most else, and realizing what a gift this could be to share with other people, they chose to begin their path toward a career in fitness and nutrition coaching.

Our Coaches are all CrossFit L-1 certified, with long backgrounds as athletes themselves. We also have USAW weightlifting coaches, CrossFit Level 2 Coaches, CrossFit Gymnastics coaches, Coaches who specialize in FRC with many certifications. For nutrition, we have Precision Nutrition certifications, which is the gold standard in the industry and is used by many professional health and sports organizations.

About the lesson

Start with a free, no-sweat intro session, where you can share your fitness & nutrition goals with us, see our spacious facility, and ask any questions you might have.

We then create a individualized starting plan for each person, most often including six 1:1 sessions with a trainer to help you learn the ropes and feel comfortable in group classes if you choose to enter them, PLUS personalized nutrition from the start.

You are more than welcome to continue learning 1:1! However if you do decide to transition to group classes, each movement will still be taught in every class, every time, by one of our highly skilled Coaches. No worries, as each movement can be asjusted to meet you where you're at right now, and help you move toward the next level: from varied levels of fitness and experience to previous injuries or mobility issues.

Additionally, the same Coach will be present for the entire class, checking in on you to make sure you are always moving safely and effectively.
