About Madison

I know that every student needs a personalized approach to learning. No one learns the same way and we all need individualized teaching. When I work with students, I like to find what they need in order to learn efficiently. I am also young and enjoy making learning fun!

I love reaching goals with my students. These topics can be incredibly hard, but if we work together to find what works best for each student we will all learn.

I took several AP exams in high school and received 4s and 5s on them. I also took other courses and did not test because my university did not take those credits.

During the summer, I am a camp counselor. I teach horseback riding, am a lifeguard, and am responsible for 6-12 campers at a time. I love working with kids and have a lot of experience doing so!

I also worked at Kumon, a math and reading enhancement center, during my senior year of high school.

About the lesson

I like to discuss what they need from me. Then, I make a lesson plan and goals that I would like us to reach. If we are working weekly, if necessary, I will tell them what to work on throughout the week. I will also encourage students to ask more questions in class if they are shy or teach how to take better notes if that is what they need!
