About Nina
I grew up in France and french is my first language. I'm very passionate about my culture so I'm always so happy to teach and be able to speak french with new people.
I love being able to help others learn and just being able to speak french and teach people about the french culture.
I first started off by helping my younger siblings as french wasn't their first language who attend a french school. I now attend an American school in which I take AP honors french classes and tutor French2 and French3 classes.
I was born and raised in Paris, french is my first language. I've attended french schools my whole life. I now attend an American school in which I take AP honors french classes and tutor French2 and French3 classes.

I like to first get to know my student and why they are interested in learning french. I like to also introduce the culture as well as the language, by maybe watching a show or music and analyzing it. I light to keep it fun, the best way for a student to learn is to be surrounded by the language and create a habit and not being lectured constantly.
I have worked with younger students ranging from 1st grade to 5th. I have also worked with high school students who take french as their language.
Find someone that you relate to and makes you feel comfortable. You need to find a tutor/teacher that understands the level you are on and understands how to help you. As I've started teaching my high school students, I've realised that they listen to me more than their teacher because I understand them and I bring this aspect of relatableness. No student wants to be lectured.
I recently helped a family friend plan a trip to the south of france. I helped plan an itinerary and give them advice on places to see, as well as help them practice speaking french. It was so much fun being able to help plan and introduce my culture to them.

Details
I price my sessions at 45$ an hour because of the experience that I bring and the fact that french is my first language. However I am always open to discuss pricing if you really don't feel comfortable.
