About Steven
Hi. Long time player (maybe too long). Played competitively thru the academic years, and competed actively with in the amateur ranks. Even got the game down to a +3 handicap, though moons ago. Started when I was 9, and earning my first handicap at an "8", working it down over time. Was also engaged with a few golf product manufacturers, and certainly technology has come a long way.... from swinging blades and persimmons.
Have provided perspective to various levels of players, using my own experience and understanding the fundamentals. Most of all, the game should be fun, and if you can witness improvement, it keeps you coming back.
This is something new for me on a practical level. If i can enable some improvement in players of all caliber, that's great. As mentioned above, the game is fun, and if we can make it more so, as your handicap drops, we all win.
My experience with golf has been primarily as a player, competing at the amateur level, but had been active with certain investments and operational involvement with various golf manufactures and retailers. I started the game when I was 9 years old, achieving my first handicap within six months as an "8". By highschool, I was down to a "1" and in college and shortly thereafter, got the game into the "+3" range. The caveat is that was moons ago, but the game is played the same.

Given COVID, I am thinking that working via video to start, say with ZOOM. Assessing not only swing fundamentals, but shot outputs, such propensity to slice or hook. Then once we assess and calibrate, I would offer a few actionable steps.
