About Neil
I am a music major at Berklee School of music with an Associates in Music from Saddleback College. I'm only 20, but have been playing since the age of 7. I can teach at any skill level. I can not only teach you guitar fundamentals, but open the door for you to explore music theory, on its own, and its relationship to the guitar. As a songwriter and recording artist (solo act and with the band Counterconformity) I can help you write the song your hearing in your head and help you decipher what your ear is hearing :)
I'm 20 so I'm still a student, but I do have my associates degree in music from Saddleback College and am currently working towards my Bachelor at Berklee School of music, with plans for a Masters and Doctorate. Been playing guitar since I was 7 and I am a solo recording artist, and play in my jam band Counterconformity.

I would first see where they are at skill wise, then based on that, create a curriculum that not only meets there skill level, but also, back tracks a little bit to cover some fundamentals that may have been missed along the way. This helps build a better foundation to apply new skills on top of.
