About Robert
I have been playing guitar for over 30 years. I might have started earlier if I didn't accidentaly break a string on my dad's acoustic guitar when I was 5 years old. I had no idea a string was so easily replaced! Now I fix all kinds of things on guitars!
I played guitar in a cover band in the 90's, bass guitar in an origial band in the the 2000's (we were number one on college radio station WVUR for several months), and recently have been playing bass in an instrumental surf rock band doing both covers and originals. (last year we were featured on "The Other Side of Heaven 2: Love At Home"
(concealed information)
Playing guitar brings me joy. Joy in learning a new song or technique. Joy in standing on stage performing and sharing that joy with an audience. Joy in playing music with others and creating that connection that only music brings.
