About Rona
We offer recreation & competitive power tumbling & trampoline classes.
Helping to shape the lives of young people....our leaders of tomorrow.
After my own training the sport was my passion and I wanted to share my knowledge with others.
I recieved my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Iowa State University. I have 19 years of coaching experience.
I trained the sport of tumbling and trampoline for 7 years and achieved the "Elite" level status which is the highest level to compete. I finished 17th in the world at the 1998 World Championships in Sydney Australia.

The key to upper level tumbling & trampolining is a solid foundation of the basic skills.
At Elite Power Tumbling we take all of our students from the very basics and build each child up with a good foundation of executing skills the correct way.
Our tumbling classesare open to boys and girls ages 3 & up of all skill levels. The trampoline class is open to students who are 5 and in Kindergarten.
Our competition team isopen to all athletes of all skill ability ages 5 and up. Younger athletes may be considered on a case by case scenerio.
In this sport the xoaches knowledge of skills and how to spot are crucial to your safety. Alwaus look for a coach who is passionate about their athletes.
My favorite competition memory was gwmetting to wear "USA" on my shoulder at the World Championships and representing my country.
My favorite coaching memory are the hugs I receive from my athletes and the smiles when they come in the gym.
