About Nicole
Nicole is currently accepting harp students of all ages and experience levels interested in both classical and traditional harp music on pedal and lever harps. She can help with rental or purchase options for students looking at starting the harp.
Nicole McAllister is a local harpist to the Charlotte and surrounding areas. She has been studying the harp for over twenty-five years, first, under the instruction of Gretchen Van Hoesen & Anne Marguerite Michaud, Principal Harpists of the Pittsburgh Symphony.
Nicole has performed with the Pittsburgh Philharmonic as well as hundreds of concerts, weddings and special events through the years.
Nicole has recorded two CD’s, “Rejoice With Christmas Strings” and “Enjoying the Journey.” She has played at Heinz Hall, Carnegie Museum’s Hall of Architecture, Duquesne University and has traveled to other cities to perform.
Nicole resides in South Charlotte with her husband and children.
