About Tsutsui
Thank you for your interest in the Japanese language and culture!
My lesson method is:
1. Focus: The biggest advantage of face-to-face learning is that you'll be able to concentrate more effectively on your studies! Additionally, I will customize lessons based on your needs and your level of proficiency in Japanese.
2. Repetition: Following a lesson, it's possible to forget the material before the next session. We aim to prevent that. We'll ensure your retention by reviewing and repeating the content through text and audio messages every day, ensuring comprehensive memorization.
About your tutor:
My lifelong passion has revolved around global communication. I was born and raised in Japan, and I pursued English studies in London subsequent to my graduation from a college. Following a career as a translator and interpreter in Tokyo, I furthered my education by attaining a master's degree in international relations in New York.
In 2019 I have completed a Japanese teacher training course of a total 420 hours plus teaching training of 30 hours while building my career as a small business owner in Manhattan.
Now, I derive immense joy from teaching Japanese. Through my lessons, I've empowered my students to cultivate confidence in their Japanese speaking abilities.
