About Brooke
Sporty Forty Fitness offers many different forms of fitness classes as well as soccer conditioning. We cater to all different fitness levels with fun, functional and kick ass workouts! We specialize in Cardio, Strenght, HIIT, Bootcamp, TRX, Heavybag Kickboxing, Glutes-Gutts-Guns, Circuit..the list goes on!
I have been teaching-coaching in the fitness world for 4 years. Before that, I was the student taking classes and courses for 6 years with some of who I think are the best instructors in my region. I wanted to make an impact on other like minded indivudals like these instructors.
I am an ACE certifed Group Fitness Instructor. Also, I am certified to teach TRX. CPR-AED certified. I am always taking speciality courses to keep in know and keep things fresh and fun!

Trying a new passion kick boxing and with you, an awesome instructor
Brooke burns calories!!! They scream when they see her. She is positive and able to work at whatever level you are at. She answers questions and knows what she is doing. Love her classes.
