I beleive strongly in timed drills and work outs so that students can train at their own pace and adjust their own intensity according to what they are capable. of doing. While I try to encourage students to train as hard as they are able to and push themselves, I do not beleive in placing unreasonable demands and expectations especially on new students.
I have worked with a range of students from children as young as age 4 as well as adults who range from everyday workers and parents looking to get in shape to police officers and former military looking for intense training.
