About Jeannine
Sassy Cap Dance N' Fitness was born out of my 20+ year commitment and love for dance and fitness. Our goal is to bring happy people to our studio for group fitness classes and create a judgment-free environment where people have fun while getting fit. What sets us apart from other gyms and fitness boutiques is our strong-rooted footprint in the community, where people often run into old friends and bring new ones, and most importantly form new friendships founded on their shared love for dance and fitness. Oftentimes students feel like they are coming to our studio to hang out and while we are busy being happy, 'fit' just happens.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have been a Zumba instructor for over six years. All of our instructors have been trained in the format that they teach and most teach other types of dance and fitness classes at other facilities as well. Most all have Group Fitness certifications as well.

Students are welcome to try any class that we offer. We offer a special for first time students, the first 2 classes for $22. All classes are good for all levels and we have beginners in class every day!

I can't wait for the 4/28 class!!!Jeannine is a powerhouse! Brimming with energy her workouts are loads of fun and you will burn up all that fat without even realising it!
I LOVE class with Jeannine! I have been taking the class for a few weeks now at Base Gym in Jersey City. She has a wonderful attitude and really gets the class going! We tend to be a bit timid and quiet but once the music gets going and Jeannine starts it's so much fun and really gets me out of my comfort zone, which I like! After a couple of classes, Im really starting to get the muscle memory down and look forward to class. It is a wonderful way to start and end the week! You are a rockstar, Jeannine!!
