About Maire
I have trained for years in healthcare so wellbeing is a topic that I am very experienced in. In my coaching and reflexology training I gathered more holistic based wellbeing tools, that I can utilise to further support my clients. I have done courses in mindfulness also and do freelance wellness writing.
Self-care is something I am passionate about supporting people with. In our busy world, it can be easy to forget about prioritising wellbeing and your own needs, but I hope to support people in putting themselves first and doing what makes them happy.
Working as a nurse on busy wards, I understand what it's like to not prioritise yourself. Over the years I have learned that self-care is a necessity, not a luxury and we need to fill our own cups before we can pour from them.
With my support you will be guided to:
-Clarify your thoughts
-Identify what it is you want
-Work on your values and what really matters in your life
-Create more structure and organisation
-Identify areas of improvement in self-care and wellbeing
-Work on boundaries
-Create an action plan for success
-Gain more confidence
-Work on stress management techniques
It brings me joy to be able to support clients in realising the power and spark they have within them. I love seeing people get excited about making changes and creating more structure in their lives. Small changes can have a massive impact on people. I really believe people have the power within them and coaching shines a torch in the areas they might not be seeing. I love to support and collaberate with people. Two heads are always better than one!

When I'm working with a new coaching client, I usually discuss what it is they want to work on. The goals they may wish to achieve, their hopes for the coaching sessions.
I ask some gentle but open-minded questioning to create more structure and clarity to their thoughts. This helps clarify what it is they really want. Usually towards the end of the sessions, the client has some actionable goals to work towards in between sessions.
