About Mel
I look forward to debrief and hearing how students went into the sessions stressed, anxious, tired or frustrated and come out feeling like peaceful, calm and clear minded. Some even feel as if they recieved clear answers about a situation they have been dealing with.
Most of my clients are looking for alternatives to talk therapy or adding yoga as an addition to their talk therapy as a way to process unresolved emotions
Starter teaching in Arizona where air went to school at yoga studios and for mental health offices
