About Terese

As a holistic healer, teacher, and mentor, I have studied and incorporate many varieties of modalities into my practice that assist clients and students in self-empowerment. My experience stretches far beyond the basic protocols, and include one-on-one programs that are unique to each person... fitting & fullifilling the specific needs and desired outcomes for the individual & their specific circumstances, using techniques that are proven effective and are vast in variety. I am an expert in my abilities and an excellent teacher for anyone at every level of knowledge (including none) in this field.

Over 2 decades of being in service for others through my professional Holistic healing methods, there has never been anything too drastic to find a way through to the other side of a situation or trauma. There is always a way past resistance or blocks by utilizing ones own inner strength & tapping into the inner healing & guiding intelligence that we all innately have. I am always so proud to witness clients making it through a series of releasing layers upon layers of past or present situations~ to enable themselves to move forward with confidence, stability and a new found positive mindset, and to create a much better way of living, and ultimately discovering an abundance of positive outcomes.

Usui Reiki & Sekhem-Seichim Master-Teacher since 2008, I also incorporate in my practice a variety of bodywork healing modalities that include intuitive & effective deep tissue, mayofascial, cranial sacral and other massage therapy techniques of many sorts, which I was certified in 2002. I have studied first-hand under incredible meditation teachers such as Jack Kornfield, and have been certified as a facilitator of Neurodynamic Breathwork under Dr. Stan Grof's Holotropic Paradigm. Received training at Univerdity of Maryland Integrayive Medicine for the knowledge of the Ayervedic Natural Health System, and of course received first-hand experience from working with over 800 clients and supporting over 100 students.

About the lesson

My sessions are unique and individualized depending on each particular person & circumstance, and may include any of the following modalities: Energetic healing session to untangle, center and ground the individual using hands-on Reiki & Sekhem-Seichim, guided visualization meditations, highly effective Neurodynamic Breathwork meditation techniques to tap into ones inner healing intelligence & expanded higher states of awareness, physical unblocking of injuries or dis-ease in the body, nutrition recommendations using food and/or herbal remedies as complimentary medicine, oracle or tarot reading for clarifications and guidance, mentorship programs for full esoteric growth working from the inside outward to transition into a productive & positive lifestyle. Manifestation techniques & ceremonies.

I have worked with clients and students of all walks of life, all ages, a multitude of spiritual beliefs & practices, those of all races, cultures & languages, a multitude of professions as well as financial status. My most improved success stories include any of those who come with an open mind, eager to learn about and try to appreciate other concepts and ways that help to transition their mental, physical & Spiritual (higher-self) well-being into an upgraded lifestyle, and those willing to put in the effort to transform themselves with full guidance from me, and true commitment on their own part.

I would advise students to be willing to do any deep inner work that may be necessary, follow my expertise and my personally developed guidelines & be open to different suggestions for an improved mindset, as well as be open to take personal responsibility in order for true growth to take place.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
In what areas are you stuck, stagnate or lacking that are keeping you from fulfilling goals in life or in achieving your optimal health? What are you willing to commit to in regards to your resources as an investment in yourself (time, energy and payments)? Realizing that change & growth truly comes from within, how do you do with prioritizing yourself to accomplish your goals and being held accountable for putting forth good effort.
