About Nicole
I teach Holy Yoga, which is Yoga+Jesus. I also am a life coach that coaches around changing thoughts to get the results you dream of in your life. Which includes improved health and weight loss.

When I turned 40 I realized that my life had been so full of rich and sometimes trying experiences that shaped me. I sensed a deep passion for helping others experience transformation in their lives. I began a journey of creating practices that do that.
I am 500 hr Master Certified HYI. I am a certified Breakthrough Life Coach and am currently in training to become a Love and Relationship coach. My focus is on changing your thoughts to get the results you want in your life.

There is a wide range but I have worked mostly with women and couples. My passion is helping women and couples in midlife realize that life is not almost over, the best is yet to come. Wake up to beauty, joy, and passion.
Find someone that has a strong "why?". Ask them why they do what they do. If they aren't so passionate that they have to avoid tears move along.
Too many! If I am helping others I am fond of the experience.
