About Coach

I know what it takes to get to the next level. I've played and started on championship winning teams. I played 3 yrs of high school varsity basketball at Crenshaw HS in Los Angeles, CA. I attended junior college at Los Angeles City College. I started every game My freshman and Sophmore year. I made the All Conference Team both years. My sophmore year we won the California State JUCO Championship. I have the experience and I know the formula to becoming a winning student-athlete. The ground work will be laid out for you to play it out. Give me four days a week, concentration, and a coachable attitude. You will excel. If you follow the process, work smart, and work hard I will guarantee you will become a better player and more importantly a better person. Let me help you reach your goals.

I enjoy seeing the students excel. I do what I do because I want people to have a chance at making their dreams a realty.

I started teaching in 2002. I started as an assistant GED Instructor. It was a dare to myself. I wanted to see, if I was cut out to be a teacher. It was a tough job but I loved the journey.

I played 3yrs high school varsity, D1 and NAIA college, and I have semi pro experience. I've coached at various youths camp. I was a teen center director at the boys and girls club. I've also taught at-risk youth how to build low income homes in their communities.

About the lesson

My typical process for working with a new student is simple. First, I like to get to know the students goals. I want to know what he or she wants to improve on. I'll run the student through a series of drills to access skills, ability, and conditioning. .

I've worked with at risk young people, inner cities young people, middle class young for all ages and races. At KSB Athletics WE DO NOT DISCRIMINATE! We Judge by the level of discipline and committment to get better every session.

Be honest and realistic about your basketball goals. Do your research. Ask a lot of questions and Takes notes and follow up.

Every summer, I take my daughter on vacation, But this year due to Covid -19. We couldnt travel like we wanted. So we decided to instsall laminate flooringin my bedroom floor. My daughter helped me lay down the new laminate flooring. I was surprised because she actually asked me if she could help me.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
