About Jennifer
I have an eclectic background in fitness, nutrition, and psychology, as well as acting and writing. Creativity is vital to a happy and healthy mindset. In nutrition, I have had a clinical practice, coached doctors in enzyme therapy, and studied functional blood testing. With fitness, I have taught spin, core, piyo, HIIT, chiseled, bosu and rebounding. I am currently going to school to get my masters in mental health counseling. I have a strong background in therapeutic protocols and work with clients who suffer from anxiety, clinical depression and life's uncertainties. The goal is to create healthy and balanced individuals who are resilient and who can live their best lives.
I love teaching and always have, especially when it clicks with my students and they have a new found passion.
