About Pamela

Hello!

My name is Pamela. I am a Breast and Thyroid Cancer survivor (2020/2023) whose mission is to make a difference for others.

Previous to my Cancer journey, I enjoyed success as a Personal Trainer/Gym Owner for 20+ years. My specialty is Transformation training and Pain Management/Stress Relief programs.

The journey of cancer taught me that you can go from a physical mountain top to the deepest valley in a relatively short amount of time.

My personal challenge gave me a deeper understanding of how lack of mobility can be an absolute crippling paralysis, both emotionally and physically, if not recognized and corrected.

Whether you are looking to recover from a life altering illness, need to change your body composition or just learn tools to FEEL BETTER, I can offer some guidance.

I believe our successes come nearer when we have someone who CARES about our progress.

I watched my brothers girlfriend train for competition. That was my dream. To bodybuild and compete at some level. A tragic head on vehicle accident at age 22 changed that.

After learning to walk again, I got back in the gym and decided I would spend my life helping others be the best version of themselves.

I hold several training certificates through NESTA. I passed state board exams as an Emergency Medical Technician. I also know some American Sign Language. I have owned and operated 3 of my own gyms, as well as training at multiple gyms in Kansas and Oklahoma. I am a very comfortable gym rat:)

About the lesson

I give a free consultation via Zoom, phone, or in person if distance allows. This is a meet and greet of sorts. We talk about what you have done in the past that was successful. What wasn't. We talk about medical history. What your goals are. The timeline you would prefer to accomplish those goals. We talk about your support network. Or lack of. I take all that info and determine, in my mind, if we are a good fit for each other.

If we mutually agree that I can help, we make a game plan. I consider any medical limitations, any doctor recommendations or instruction and then I design the program. It is re-assessed and re-structured as needed. I can meet with clients in their home if distance allows, and I train with what they have to work with.

For those who are covid conscious, another method is meeting online, via video for the purpose of giving assignments, checking nutrtition and keeping accountability. This can be done 1-3 times a week at a scheduled time.

The price varies depending on how often and where we meet. I offer economy specials for those who pay for Transformation Training or who have a partner to share time and cost.

Online training is considerably more economical, simply because we can train in the comfort of our own home with schedule that is more flexible.
