I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist with 11 years of movement chasing experience. YGT Fitness is designed to stop the excuses that we create each day and get past the monotony of life. I first start with an initial assessment to get baseline measurements for cardiovascular endurance and musculoskeletal strength. Then we talk about what changes you want to see.
I have worked with athletes to beginners. Young kids to the elderly.
Make sure they are right for you. Get to know them and if it feels right, then go all in.
I love to go hunting. I was just in my ground blind scoping kit the deer. It was amazing. Nature is so beautiful in norther Minnesota.
