N-Gage Fitness offers fitness and wellness programs that can be used separately or combined to create an amazing fitness journey, and to help create a healthier lifestyle not just a quick fix. We offer in home personal training, yoga instruction both for individuals, couples or groups. We offer a complimentary 30 minute in home consultation. We do not have any cookie cutter programs, all programs are designed to compliment your current fitness level and help you achieve and even surpass your goals. All of the N-Gage Team Members are certified personal trainers (CPT) and/or RYT-200 yoga instructors. Our meditation instructor has taken an 8 week course in MBSR (meditation based stress reduction) via Insight Meditation Center of Washington, this is the only meditation style recognized by the NIH and covered by some insurance companies. Jami has conducted 10 years of research on meditation with NIH. All of our team hold a current CPR/AED card and are Liability Insurance Insured

About the lesson

We offer a complimentary 30 minute assessment prior to starting, this helps your trainer identify the areas that you may have muscle imbalances. From there she/he will create a program based on your strengths and weaknesses that will help you progress safely while losing weight if necessary and increase strength and lean muscle.

I would recommend that you look for a trainer that has a niche group that they train. For example my focus are women and men in their late 30's -65 years of age. The trainer must be certified by an accredited organization such as NASM, ACSM, ISSA, ACE. Interview the trainer in person before hiring them, you want to make sure you 'click' as this is more than just someone who will train you but a relationship is formed and you want to make sure you get along.
