About Nadia
Hi! I’ve been working as a trainer for 3 years. I have experience in personal training along with group fitness training as well. I have a wide scope of knowledge when it comes to fitness and am able to implement strength training, nutrition, circuit training, and/ or boxing lessons/workouts into programming depending on your goal. I love being able to help adults and children reach their goals and succeed!

Great trainer that is dynamic and versatile. You will reach your goals with a weekly training plan that will be tailored for you based on your specific level and desired goal.
