About Jami
My process will help you finally get some answers and they will come from YOU! I will lead you through a process called life design and you'll become the architect and builder of life you love. It will start with creating your YOUprint so that you have a plan and then we will set about putting all the pieces together. Trust me- you know what you're doing! You just may need help getting there. And that is OK!!
I am a mom of 6, grandma of 9 and have a thriving happy marriage, finally. Third times a charm. I have survived suicide loss, abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence...Ive seen it all really. And I know how to help people who are serious about making changes and "course correcting". These are my favorite clients and we roll up our sleeves and get busy with the art of living and loving and being out badass selves!!
I've always been the person that everyone goes to for help in guidance and also the kind of person that has always reached out for help. I got into coaching because I had an amazing coach and I knew I could help people feel alive again aand trust, love and respect themselves.
I am a certified coach working in the field since 2003 and was a personal trainer for 7yrs years. I also am a certified mediator, taught conflict resolution for 9yrs graduate level & hold a masters in training, specializing in how adult learn.

I meet with my clients for one or more sessions on a process that I called life design, a holistic approach to becoming the architect and builder of a life you love. We explore all the areas that need attention-your body, calling, relationships, emotions, money, spirit- to design a life that's purposeful and passionate.
I have worked where's 10-year-olds to 90-year-olds. At home mom and entrepreneurs I have worked with CEOs annes people at the highest levels of government.
