FOR A HEALTHIER, HAPPIER LIFE

We offer the best in holistic fitness through online and in-studio classes featuring a blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, and Breathwork.

I started practicing since I was in college in South Korea. I was searching spiritual path and have been suffering with depression, anxiety and digestive issues. So, I found this practice and soon after by taking Finding Trueself workshop, I had big awakening that I am not a victim of my life anymore and need to live differently. I could feel enormous changes in terms of how I feel, think and everything in my condition. I could feel so much lighter and became passionate of my life.

So as my Head Instructor's guide, I started volunteering teaching early morning BodynBrain practice at park near my house. It was mostly seniors who came to park and they really enjoyed it and appreciated how much they are improving from exercises. I did it almost a year and I could see the big hope in me that I could really change myself and could affect other people's life in positive way. And they offered me to become instructor and start to work in USA. It was not easy decision for me and my parents but I wanted to explore bigger world and challege myself. So here I am teaching in US more than 20 years now.

To further my career as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Life Coach, I have been teaching and managing BodynBrain Yoga and Tai Chi Centers in many different states successfully and have been trainer in various holistic workshops such as healing chakra, Initial Awakening and Finding Trueself workshop and etc. Currently, I am the Manager and Head Instructor at Scottsdale center in Arizona.

I love our practice and confident of healing, helping people to guide to become true manager of their own brain and body. Based on my healing experience of BodynBrain, I guide people to choose the right information for their mind and body to realign physical and emotional habits.

My mission is to share the gift of health and healing that I’ve gained and practiced for many years. I will be happily available in person or online to help you improve your health and create a more satisfying life for you.
