About Carla
I am a certified 200 hr Yoga Teacher in Hatha and Vinyasa, and a certified Yin Yoga teacher. I like to teach the concept that anyone can do yoga no matter what physical or mental limitations they have!
I also have my Holistic Health Coach certification and love to help clients create goals and succeed in accomplishing them. I love to teach my clients how to find balance in their lives and this is especially something I love incorporating when I teach them Meditation.
I love helping people realize that they can do anything they set their mind up to. I love making lasting connections and helping people find joy and balance in their lives.
I always had a passion for Yoga and helping others, so I deciided to quit my 9-5 to focus on that. It has been the best decision I have ever made!
I have my 200hr Yoga Teacher certification in Hatha and Vinyasa. I have my 45hr Yin Yoga certification which incorporates Meditation. I also have my Holistic Health Coach Certification from IIN.
I am also CPR/AED certified and a member of Yoga Alliance.

Usually when someone reaches out, I see what sort of service they are looking for and what specific needs they have. Then, I try to set up a time that works for both of us.
I have worked with all types of people, from younger, flexible athletes to older men and women who have or have had injuries. I am also great with Beginners!
Look for someone who you have a connection with! It is important to feel comfortable and confident with a teacher so that when you work together, it is easy and feels great!
Recently, I had the pleasure of teaching a calming New Year's Eve Yin Yoga session to release old pain and stress to make room for positivity for the new year. Everyone who came seemed to really enjoy it and it made me feel happy that they did.
