About Laura
I am passionate about helping people to achieve their goals. Only evidence based techniques and self assessments are used to help you achieve your goals, feel good about yourself, and empower others.
I have over 20 years experience working with young people on leadership development, and with adults in executive education. A professor of psychology, I know what works and will help you learn too. My PhD is in psychology and I have a certificate in Motivational Interviewing.

First we will meet for 15-20 minutes to assess our fit and determine goals for working together. If there is a match I like to assign some self assessment work and then we will have 4-6 sessions to work on your goals and try out new skills.
