About Seth

My passion for the sport of wrestling and helping people reach their goals is what separates me from other coaches. I don't see coaching as a job, I see it as a calling. If you bring a good attitude and work ethic, there's no limit to the level you want to reach!

I love seeing people find their style in the sport of wrestling and helping them become successful in their own unique way!

When I first moved to California I started coaching at the local high school and from that point on I became passionate about coaching!

My experience coaching at the high school level and coaching private sessions has given me the wealth of knowledge I have today.

About the lesson

Everything starts with a good foundation. For wrestling, your foundation is your stance, footwork and learning to attack legs effectively!

I have worked with all ages and love working with all skill levels as well.

Be coachable and keep a positive attitude and you will be successful! Also, use your brain! No one is going to give you all the answers, but there are plenty of ways to make your own path.

I'd be crazy not to mention one of my students making it to the State Championships as a Junior in High School recently. Seeing all the hard work pay off for him was such a fun thing to experience.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Has this teacher experienced success, or can they communicate effectively. Also, are they building me up or tearing me down is a great question to ask yourself.
