About Trisha
GrowthSmart has been helping business double their revenues in 18 months or less. Those who go through our marketing strategy courses are able to implement their plans, follow-through with their initiatives and see their company’s revenue grow in a very short period of time. I personally have owned or coached businesses for 25 years and have helped clients rapidly increase their brand awareness and improve profitability by showing our clients how to position their products and services in the market. We make it simple to grow faster, smarter and better without all the stress of figuring it out on your own.
I love helping students and businesses grow to the next level. Seeing them plan and implement strategy is very gratifying. Helping students navigate alternatives and avoid mistakes gives me a sense of social responsiblity to pass on the many years of trial and error I bring to the table.
I have worked in universities since 2007 teaching communications, marketing, entrepreneurship and strategy. I started during a project to market the university when the dean asked if I could help build their business programs. I accepted and have been teaching, coaching and mentoring business students ever since.
I have owned and operated my own businesses, marketed companies or coached them for 25 years. I have a BS/ MGMT, BS/MKTG and I studied a Masters of Business Administration (2010). I have experience marketing, branding, delivering sales systems and training and I have delivered entrepreneurial programs through universities to students around the world.

The first step is an assessment. I have a personal and business assessment that I assign during the first breakthrough call. I analzye the business issue over a 2-3 call process then determine the best strategy, training or initiative to help the student. There is a ton of value in the process whether the student decides to join us to learn long-term or not.
